Many people associate bodybuilding with steroids and supplements usage however there are bodybuilders who do not use anything.

Main bodybuilding goal comes from its name to BUILD YOUR BODY.

Our body has lots of muscles which must be worked! If you dont do that there is risk of atrophy. Our bodies were made this way, we have to move, to work, to carry, to do something physically.

Some people always go to extremes and that can be related to anything and any sport and way of life.

If you eat too much chocolate each day you will heave health problems, if you eat fast food too much you will have health problems, if you take pharmaceuticals too much you will have health problems, if you smoke too much you will have health problems and the list goes on.

We do not motivate steroids usage but if you do it at least do your homework.

First thing to do is to have blood work done at least once a year or each 6 months. Blood work shows what is going on inside your body and that is a good tool to prevent something before it is too late.

A wise approach is to have blood work done BEFORE steroid cycle and AFTERT PCT (PCT = Post Cycle Therapy) this way you know what has changed, in which direction and when everything returned to normal.

IT IS NOT WISE TO DO CYCLE AFTER CYCLE WITH NO BREAKS. Read Why it is important to take breaks between steroids cycles.

Even if you are not using any steroids, having bloodwork checked at least once a year is a good thing for you. Go and do it today!
