Do you guarantee delivery?
Sure we do, we are responsible for each order ever placed. We guarantee the fact of your possession of the ordered product.
But we can't be blamed for the mistakes made by post offices like delivering to wrong address or order lost or returned because of the short address.
There are some countries to which we can't guarantee delivery for each package but we can try to ship there. These are: Australia,Germany, Africa, Spain.
Is your packing discreet, what about customs, what if the package is seized?
We take care a lot of our security system and the packing of the products is as discreet as possible, that's why the success rate of arrival and customs trespassing is great.
In the case a package is seized we guarantee that we'll reship it after we saw the seizure letter from customs or FDA. We reship only after 30 days after arrival date.
We do not reship two times same order.
If your order is seized you need to use new clean address for reshipment. That is your obligation to keep safe you and us. So do not risk asking for reshipping to the same address.
What countries you do not ship to?
Australia,Afghanistan,Africa, Canada, New Zeeland, Singapore, South Koreea, Sweden, Norway and Denmark,Finland,Italy,Ireland,Netherlands,Philippines,Switzerland, Portugal,France,Spain,Greece, Germany.
Actually we may try to ship once there but we don't guarantee arrival and we won't reship for free. If you still decided to try be sure packs to the countries may arrive much slower than to USA for example. So be ready to wait.
When can I see the expected arrival date of my package?

What means Semi-shipped?
That means that 1, 2 or 3 packages were already sent. Because we dont ship all products from same warehouse you will see semi-shipped status until we ship everything which for huge orders may take 1-3 working days.
Are all packages traceable?
We are using different mail services, most of the packages are traceable.
My package is late / How much I have to wait ?
It is normal that mail delays occur from time to time as the mail service speed is not always the same. However mail services ask us to wait 30 days after expected date before we can consider it lost. Feel free to contact us via ticket any time.
How does your loyalty discount system work?
For each 10th order you will benefit by 15% discount. Discount is applied only to non-bulk orders. Simple place the order and update the ticket saying this is 10th order, we will check it and apply the discount.
Why in BULK/DISCOUNTS Section products are always listed as out of stock?
It works different now and I posted that news in News category. So when you want more items you just add as much as you need and web site system will AUTOMATICALLY apply discount.
That is why Bulk section is out of stock because it is not needed and we will soon remove it from the website until people get used to new better system.
So, now once you start adding items from 5 and more website starts adding discounts.
IMPORTANT! During sales like now when products on website ALREADY have 25%OFF applied that does not change anything since products ARE ALREAADY with discount.
