I think the customer support team is doing a great job. For so many years they (especially Tom) always help me and answer on time with advices which gives results and that is what is important for me as a customer. I cant complain here, really why would I and why would we as long as we get the goods right? That is important to get the goods. You are not ordering from Apple here so be happy if it takes a few days more. Noways days people become so lazy that they want everything and now, that is not always possible and now always needed. Plan things ahead and go to the gym while your goods are coming.Products
